Top Tools I Use To Operate my Business like A Pro!




As a Client Experience Strategist and Dubsado Pro, I operate my business and serve my clients effectively by using tools that will make my work easier, keep me on track, and super organized.

 

Below I will list the Tools that I can’t do without in my daily business operations. ⠀

✔︎ Google Drive


Google drive is a lifesaver for my business, I use it to store and share important files/documents with my clients. It also reduces the need for me to store files directly on my computer or mobile phone.⠀


✔︎ Mailchimp

Free Version


I use Mailchimp to send out my monthy marketing. I use it to grow and connect with my audience, design campaign, send newsletters and nurture emails to clients.

✔︎ Dubsado CRM

Paid version $35 monthly


Ever since I started using this amazing software I haven’t looked back. Dubsado has helped me gain control, manage and streamline my business processes and workflows. I use it to manage my leads, manage clients, automate emails, onboard/off board my clients with ease, send out proposals, contracts, invoices, schedule consultations, send out payment reminders, etc. Dubsado is my one stop shop for everything, it makes my life so much better. ⠀

Free Version


I use Trello to communicate with my clients, share quick ideas, provide project updates, share google doc files, and so much more. A board is created for each of my client for us to communicate/share relevant details.⠀

✔︎ Zoom

I use Zoom for my Discovery calls and Kick off calls for each client. This tool is super easy to use and it’s free. It also allows me to record my calls/meetings just in case I need them for future reference. ⠀


✔︎ Canva Pro

Paid version $ 12.95 monthly


I use this AMAZING tool to create engaging visuals for my business and for my client's brand as well. It is super fun and easy to use!

I use either of these apps to schedule, setup and automate my social media content calendar. It allows me to upload all my posts and get a visual preview of how it look, it also gives me the option to save different groups of hashtags for convenient posting for months in advance.⠀

These are just the main tools I currently use to run my business and stay on track with my progress.⠀
