The Process

Information Gathering 

The first step in your Done-For-You HoneyBook setup is to review your client welcome guide, complete your workbook, access your client portal, and schedule your 2 hour VIP Day Client Experience Mapping Session.

  • What am I required to do beforehand?
    Before we get started with your setup process, you will be required to do a little homework. This is where you will complete a detailed Dubsado workbook that will provide me with all the details about your signature service, packages, upload photos, and other relevant information to complete your Dubsado setup. It is important that you provide all the required information before the implementation stage. All of the homework should take you about 2 hours to complete.
  • Do you offer payment plans and refunds?
    Yes, I ensure that my Dubsado setup is fully accessible to all female creatives. You have the option to pay in full to reserve your setup or make a 50% upfront and the balance due 7 days before your VIP Worklow Mapping session. Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be granted.
  • Will you create beautifully branded forms too?
    Yes, I will design your forms to match the overall branding of your creative business. You will also get full access to them for future tweaks/edits.
  • What is the timeframe for the full Dubsado setup?
    The process takes 4 weeks for the full design and setup of your Dubsado account. However, this timeframe is dependent on the client completing their pre-work in the allotted time frame. You will also receive 4 weeks premium post support.
  • Will I be required to map out my processes alone?
    You will be required to map out your processes but definitely not alone. We will work together during our VIP Day client experience session to map out your processes from Lead inquiry stage to the client offboarding stage.
  • Can I reschedule my VIP Client Experience Mapping Session?
    In case of an emergency or a sudden change in your availability, you can reschedule your VIP Client Experience Mapping Session but only once. If you are unavailable or miss your new session date, you will be charged $300 to reschedule you VIP client experience mapping day
  • What about my email copies? Will you help me with that process as well?
    Absolutely! I will assist you with creating your canned email templates during the course of the setup.
